Economicactivity in the Brochet area is based on commercial fishing and trapping. Thecommunity is located in the Brochet RTL zone. Fishermen use the Kinisao fishstation in the summer and the LynnLake fish station in thewinter to deliver their fish. Area and northern lodges employ local residents as guides.
